After college he received his master’s degree in Health and Fitness Management at the University of Connecticut. Worts’ experience was perfect for opportunities at growing clubs. The mission was to grow Crunch Fitness corporate in its previously existing markets (California, Miami, New York City), but also launch a franchise model that would allow for international growth.
